    Requirements for the course - Acknowledgement of each item required

    • Prior to attending our microblading class, you must have completed your Bloodborne Pathogens Certificate for the State Department of Health and the County you will be providing microblading services in. In addition, you must complete the series of Hepatitis B vaccines and booster vaccine. If you choose not to have the vaccines, you must sign the waiver from your country or state and provide LOOK with a waiver.

    • Students must complete the Bloodborne Pathogens Training in the county they will be microblading. If you will be microblading in California, we suggest taking the Los Angeles County test. The Los Angeles County test is accepted in almost every county in California. We require a copy of your certificate prior to attending any LOOK microblading classes. The two courses listed below are available online:

    • Students must provide LOOK with a copy of Hepatitis B vaccinations records or a signed waiver if they decline vaccinations.

    • Two Passport sized photos will be required for you to receive your Body Art license in your County/State.

    • LOOK does not issue refunds for course registration and tuition. In the event you can not attend on your scheduled dates, you can select another date to attend. Rescheduled registrations must be scheduled within a year of purchase.

    • LOOK does not provide live models. You will have to provide your own live model in order to complete this course and receive your certificate.

    • All participants must be 18 years or older and able to provide a valid drivers license or government issued ID.

    • All sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

    • If the student is unable to attend the class, they have one year to reschedule.

    • This course is 100% tax-deductible.
